Nicola Wills - Counselling & Psychotherapy

Specialising in anxiety, grief and relationship support.

Welcome

Welcome to my practice, where compassion and connection is offered in a supportive setting designed to foster personal growth and resilience.

I work with men, women and couples to help them discover new perspectives in life and relationships, develop practical coping skills, and take steps toward positive change.

With regular sessions we can work towards developing new perspectives on yourself, your life and your relationships, feeling more at peace and in control of your life, one session at a time.

My Practice

My vision is to create a safe, honest and respectful relationship, celebrating individualism and being mindful of different layers of your experience so you can understand yourself more and make informed choices.

We will collaborate together to help you come away with a toolbox and new perspectives built to promote curiosity and confidence in yourself.

My practice integrates selected proven methods, and it is my priority to ensure that I am kept up to date with the latest research and practices that will best support my clients in this moment and as individuals.

The power of relationships and connection is integral to my practice, both with individuals and couples. Just as we are wounded in relationship, we can heal in relationship, and I hope my practice can serve as a space for you to pause and be encouraged to take positive steps towards whatever heals and nurtures you in life.

My practice is trauma-informed, fully insured and regulated by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
